More Than a Tournament — It’s a Lifeline

Every year, our team gathers at the green for something that’s so much more than a game of golf.
It’s a lifeline.

The H-Town Dream Center Charity Golf Tournament began 15 years ago with one simple goal: to bring people together for a cause that matters — to rescue, restore, and rebuild lives.

This year, I stood on the course surrounded by business owners, families, church teams, and longtime supporters — all united by a shared purpose. And as the sun set on another beautiful day of fellowship and fun, we received the incredible news:

🌟 Together, we raised just over $40,000! 🌟

That’s $40,000 going directly toward transforming lives — feeding families through our Care & Share Food Pantry, rescuing and restoring women and children through our House of Hope, and mentoring the next generation through our NXT GEN Youth Program.

But the moment that took my breath away wasn’t when the final tally came in — it was when one of our teens, rescued through this very ministry, stood before the crowd and shared his story for the first time. With tears in his eyes, he said,

“The Dream Center saved my life.”

There wasn’t a dry eye on the course.
That’s when everyone realized — this isn’t just a fundraiser.
It’s a reminder of what God can do when we come together with one heart and one mission.

To every golfer, sponsor, and volunteer who made this year’s tournament possible — thank you. Your generosity doesn’t just build programs… it builds futures.

It’s more than golf — it’s purpose in motion.
And I can’t wait to see how God multiplies what we started on the course this year. 🕊️⛳
